- We take data security very seriously at Dodo. We adhere to industry standards for data protection through internal process and top of the line service providers. We understand that attorneys are often working with confidential and personally identifiable information, so data privacy is of the upmost importance to you as well.
- We use a variety of models to provide you with the best possible results we can at the moment. This is a cutting edge field and there is rapid development of models. We have built a structure that is model agnostic and that can scale with the broader development of the AI industry. As new models emerge with greater abilities, we will seek to incorporate them into our service so that you are always receiving the very best results available.
Payment is made at the end of the month based on the usage within the month. We allow for cancellation up to the 7th calendar day of the first month of service with no charge. However, thereafter we charge for all usage, but will accept a cancellation at any time.
